Quinetix Company Leadership

Rob DiCesare

As President/CEO, Rob is Quinetix’s chief strategist responsible for driving the firm’s overall direction and the strategic development of client solutions.

Prior to founding Quinetix, Rob was a Senior Account Director for a leading national database marketing firm. In this role, Rob lead a team of 25+ professionals supporting relationships with national clients such as KeyCorp, Morgan Stanley, Xerox, JP Morgan Chase and Quotesmith.com. Previously, he held senior product and financial management positions with First Federal Savings, since acquired by HSBC Bank.

Craig Wingate

Craig leads the team of senior analysts that drive development and implementation of strategic analytic and modeling solutions for Quinetix’s clients.

Prior to founding Quinetix, Craig managed modeling and analytic teams at a leading national database marketing firm with a leadership role in strategic analysis and predictive modeling. Craig’s modeling team analytical tools include cluster and factor analysis, along with modeling techniques such as CHAID, logistic regression and neural networks. Previously, Craig was President of CNW Financial Consulting.

Tricia Kennedy

Tricia’s dual role includes serving as a solutions architect with full responsibility for developing and delivering business intelligence solutions for selected clients. She also leads the development of market intelligence services, including primary and secondary research, delivering focused and actionable insights as a foundation for client solutions.

Prior to founding Quinetix, Tricia was Business Development Manager for a leading national database marketing firm. Her extensive financial services experience includes managing Chase Manhattan’s small business direct bank.

Gary Briggs

Gary is Chief Technology Officer of Quinetix, responsible for development of all technology applications and solutions, including the integration and deployment of Quinetix models as hosted or deployed solutions.

Prior to founding Quinetix, Gary was a Senior Technology Manager overseeing development and infrastructure teams for several database marketing firms. He has extensive experience in software development, system design and implementation in open system, client server and proprietary environments. He holds copyrights for multiple applications.

Paul Bennett

Paul leads Business Development efforts for Quinetix, responsible for introducing prospective clients and distribution partners to Quinetix's integrated growth, retention and pricing solutions.

Prior to joining Quinetix, Paul founded Investment Media, a Boston-based marketing communications agency. He led communications engagements with leading investment managers, including Fidelity Investments, John Hancock Funds, First Union Capital Markets Group, Evergreen Investments and Columbia Funds.

Robert MacDonald

Bob’s primary role is to develop/deliver analytic solutions for clients with emphasis on marketing strategies and execution that maximize their profit growth. He also works closely with strategic partners to implement joint solutions with high-value clients.

Prior to joining Quinetix, Bob held senior, national marketing and sales management positions for an $85 billion financial services firm for nearly 10 years. Previously, he held sales management, sales and marketing management positions with several regional firms in the Pacific Northwest based in Seattle. Bob’s marketing experience includes several industry “firsts” in the U.S. He has been a frequent speaker and panelist at national and regional industry-specific and database marketing conferences.

Mark Chaplin

As a director, Mark serves as a primary advisor on financial planning, legal and operations for Quinetix. His leadership roles have included positions as Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking and Chief Financial Officer at First Federal Savings, since acquired by HSBC. During his tenure as EVP Consumer Finance, Mark was responsible for consumer banking including retail branch distribution, marketing, lending including multi-family and Community Re-investment Act functions.
